Advantages of Tara’s Lodge managed residences.

The managed residences are incorporated into Tara’s Lodge room inventory and as such are rented out to our guests.
Our management team handles everything, from bookings, to upkeep and maintenance to ensuring that the guests who wish to stay at the residences have been properly vetted beforehand.
If owners wish to occupy their residences during the season, they need only to contact their residence manager to block the desired dates. We advise owners to block dates well in advance if they are plannning on coming during peak season as our inventory at Tara’s Lodge sells well in advance.

As a Residence owner with a Tara’s Lodge management contract you are entitled to use all the amenities Tara’s Lodge has to offer. The beach, the pool, the concierge services, the 24-hour security and of course our restaurants and bars where great food and drinks are served throughout the day.
